Insurance
Many insurance plans offer reimbursement for therapy, and as licensed mental health providers, our services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance. We do accept most out-of-network insurance and some in-network insurance companies.
Please let us know if you would like us to check your out-of-network benefits for you. If you would prefer to check your benefits, we suggest that you contact your insurance company and ask them the following questions:
Do I have behavioral health benefits?
Is there a deductible? How much is it and has it been met?
How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
What is your cancellation policy?
48-hours notice is required for cancelled or rescheduled appointments. Missed appointments and appointments canceled within 48-hours are charged a late cancellation fee of $100.00. Of course, emergencies and illness do occur and will be considered.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Credit Cards (i.e. Visa, MasterCard, etc.), Venmo, Paypal
